Full Time Groom
Looking- Full time groom for the top U25 Eventing Barn in North America. You will be working with a group of dedicated individuals.
Come travel across the United States and Europe with a great string of international horses. Candidate needs to be knowledgable of all show care and hard worker. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional business and be immersed in the Eventing community.
Duties will include all daily chores, grooming, tacking, bathing, driving, and clipping. This is a full time (6 days a week) live in position. Located in Springtown PA for 6 months and Ocala FL for 6 months.

Working Student Position – Available Immediately
We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated and positive individual to join our team. Learn all aspects of daily care of upper level event horses as well as what it takes to run a successful business. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and able to follow direction. Daily tasks will include riding, grooming, tacking/untacking, bathing, feeding, turnout and mucking, as well as various farm chores.
This is not a paid position – compensation includes lessons and coaching. Position is individually tailored to each working student’s situation. 6 month commitment required – 1 year commitment preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Housing and board available but not included.

Working students need to be at least 18 years old and have a drivers license.1 year commitment. Riding opportunities are dependent on the level of experience and ability.
- Duties include everything: stalls, turn out, cleaning tack, grooming, braiding, tacking/untacking, setting jumps, etc.
- Learn the ins and outs of a top 4 star barn
- Fast paced barn
- Lots of shows

Working Student Position
Clasing Equestrian has an opening for a working student. Ideal candidates would be 18+, have their own car, own horse and be able to commit for a year. This is a busy competition barn with horses ranging from three year olds getting backed to Advanced level. Riding opportunities depending on your riding ability and opportunities to travel to top competitions depending on grooming ability. Candidates must have experience working with horses and be able to provide references. Our program is best suited to someone looking to meet a competitive goal with their own horse or someone considering a career in the horse industry. Benefits include board, lessons, coaching at events, shipping and a stipend for housing. We are happy to put you in touch with our current working students so you have a better idea of our program. Working Student Position
Matt Brown of East WestTraining Stables is looking for a working student to join the team. We’re in Chadds Ford, PA April-December and Aiken for January-March.
Hard work and dedication in trade for consistent daily (yes, seriously) lessons, board for your horse, housing for you and shipping to shows. A year commitment is ideal but would consider summer help or shorter term.
